Reschedule/cancel before 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. Day of cancellations (cancellations on the calendar date of your appointment, before the start time of your appointment) will be charged a 75% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations after the start time of your appointment will be charged a 100% fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you are at risk of being considered a no-show. You agree to have an active credit/debit card on file with Oh So Boho Lashes at all times. If the card on file cannot be charged for any reason, an invoice will be emailed to you. You agree to pay the invoice within 24 hours.
